Servicing all areas of NYC, N.Y. Cupcake Company is our family business and was established with the intent of providing our customers custom cakes, cupcakes and other sweet treats at a price everyone can afford. Our sweet treats are reminiscent of warm childhood memories, celebrations, or just a good old fashioned surprise made by mom waiting for you at home.
We love what we do, and we do it all - from concept to completion; there is not a stage of your order that does not have our complete attention and care. IWe don’t believe in the saying “it’s just a cake”, and we hope you don’t believe in it either.
.We run our business far differently from what you may expect; we only take a set number of bookings per weekend for peak periods, to ensure that your cake receives every second of attention it requires. That being said, our calendar does tend to book out very quickly for the prime wedding seasons of September thru November and February thru June, so if you are considering ordering from NY Cupcake Company for your wedding cake or other special celebration, it’s best to get cracking as soon as you have set a date - we would hate to turn you away!
.We provide all of our clients with everything in writing, via a fully detailed, written quotation. {I will never pressure you to make an on-the-spot decision}. You receive a receipt for your deposit and a completed booking schedule once final payment is received.
We work with your venue with regards to delivery and confirm everything back to you - that way you know where and when we will be onsite - one less thing to stress you.
All of our cakes are assembled in layers.. Each completed tier is approx 4” tall as standard. We do not ever bake in one tin then just trim off the top. We also never, ever freeze your cake after baking. Every order, whether it be cakes, cupcakes, cookies or desserts, is prepared for you, as close to your event as possible in order to ensure freshness and maximum flavor
Every cookie is rolled by us and they are iced with royal icing or rolled fondant. If your cookie design requires a pattern we have not seen before, we will either source the cutter, or cut by hand.
If you choose Vanilla as your flavor, we use real vanilla beans and real vanilla syrup. We don't use artificial extracts, and of course, we use real eggs, sweet cream butter and quality ingredients, just as you would expect us to.
